🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The wrong item, wrong size, or a defective item was delivered.
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
To request an exchange:

❌ Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.
- Refunds are only considered if the item is out of stock after payment has been received.
📦 Return Shipping
- If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for returning the item to us.
- In case of our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Color or size differences due to screen/display settings are not valid reasons for exchange or refund.
- Custom or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
